For years I worked with clients on their home decorating and design projects. Later, I started rehabbing distressed properties (and selling them myself) and consulting with other investors on properties they were also rehabbing. As I continue work as a designer and investor, I LOVE working in real estate. I had a very successful first two years in real estate, becoming a top producer, and my third year is already on track to surpass those in the first few months.
